Hello Dolls!
I can not believe it’s December and I’m writing a blog about dressing for Christmas but alas here we are. I don’t know about you but I’m a Christmas Hallmark Girl through and through! I love all of the activities, markets, parties and food! With all of these activities it can be a daunting task to know what to wear for all of them. In this series I’m going to give you ideas for what to wear throughout the entire Christmas and Holiday season!
I will add to this post each day! Make sure you check out the reels and TikTok’s on Instagram and Facebook: @ trendaivie on all platforms!
Ok, let’s get into this fashion!
My first look is perfect for a going to a friend’s Semi-dressy Christmas party. The sequined Turban and silky pants elevate the look to a party look. Similar pieces linked!
Hey babes! Day 2’s look is a basic-ish grey dress with a slit! Add chic accessories to dress it up!
Day4’s Theme: Sequins!
Day Five’s Theme: Last Minute Christmas Shopping!
Day 7’s Look!

Good Morning ☀️ Babes💖 Here is one of my fave looks and my #TBT
I love layering! It gives your outfit a sort of depth and makes it more interesting!
I layered:
💖vintage tweed jacket over a sweater
💖Paired it with velvet shorts
💖Fishnets, Preppy Socks and loafers
💖I finished it off with a jeweled turban and Pearl accented gloves
Have a fabulous day dolls!!
It has been so cold here in Minnesota, I thought this is the perfect time to wear my vintage long underwear! However, I’m not wearing it under my clothes I’m wearing it as a jumpsuit instead. To make it not look like underwear, I paired it with loafers to anchor the look. I added a long sweater to cover the bottom and make it a bit more “dressy”! Have a good day babes! 🖤🖤🖤🖤
Sunday Funday!
I’m taking every opportunity to dress up! Today I’m heading to Starbucks! So naturally it only makes sense to wear a sequin dress and sweats!
Have a good evening dolls!

We are in the midst of the Christmas Season! That means sparkles, shine, coziness, etc!
As we all know this season isn’t exactly the same as far as going out to eat and activities go. However we can still have fun and dress festive! I will be featuring at least 2 looks per week to inspire your Christmas 🎄 Spirit!
🎄
Today I decided to show two ways to style one dress!
🎄
Pick your fave sparkly sheath and add a cozy cardigan. Accessorize with a warm knit cap.
You can pair with pumps or boots!
🎄
I hope this gave you some Holiday Inspiration 🎄

There are so many things that we wear and naturally stick into categories. For the longest time Fashion considered white after Labor Day a faux pas. However, now we know there are winter whites and also it depends on how you mix and match pieces.
The same goes with lace. When we think of lace, we tend to think of warm weather ,sandals, and taking strolls through a park on a hot summer day. Ok, maybe I’m exaggerating a bit! However, you get my point. Lace is such a pretty material actually one of my fave things to wear as you can tell by the name lol!
Here I wanted to show a couple of ways to wear it!
Pieces Inspired by the look!

So my usual vibe is Boho all day long! One of the latest things I have purchased is this super cool pair of bloomers! At the time I had no idea how I was going to wear them but I knew I had to find a way! I decided I should keep the skin exposed to a minimum so that I don’t look like I’m wearing pajamas outside!
I paired my bloomers with an oversized plaid top, knee high boots and socks!
I purchased the bloomers on Etsy! Just search bloomers!

Thanksgiving as you well know is this Thursday! If you still find yourself unsure of what to wear I have a few ideas that will hopefully ease those worries. Now I know we are only going to be walking from the living room to The dining room to the basement and back again! However, it’s great to look good while doing it!
My go-to is a maxi dress! A maxi allows you to move around freely and not worry too much about being cold. If you’re in a super cold climate like me(Minnesota) you should still opt for tights; however the long length adds that extra layer of warmth! Photo Credit: J.Crew.com

Spaghetti-strap cha-cha maxi dress in leopard print
Another personal favorite is the versatile midi dress! It’s long enough to say “hey I’m fancy” yet at the same time is short enough to were you aren’t having to walk around holding your dress up!

If you really want to go all out opt for a sequined number!

If dresses aren’t really your style a jumpsuit is a great alternative!

Last but not least a cozy sweater and jeans works if you prefer to take a laidback approach to the day!
