I love Christmas time and wearing an “Ugly” Christmas Sweater! Now I know that right now there is much debate about when Christmas time actually starts. I am not here to debate that, let it start when you want! I am here to show you how to dress for it when you choose!
That being said an UGS(Ugly Christmas Sweater) can be chic and fashionable as well as outlandish!
I have put together a few looks to show you how to achieve a chic way to wear the classic UGS!
Until next time, stay chic dolls ๐

I hope all is well with you! Last weekend I had a party to attend and with little ones then we added a few surprises I had to take on so I was running late. I made the mistake of not laying out an outfit the night before which put me in a pinch. I decided to rely on a classic set Denim and a sweater!
Now in my last blog you have seen me wear a pair of similar pants. I have really been attracted to the vintage pairs lately! So much so I bought several pairs in the same style!
To achieve this classic look find a pair of comfy high waisted jeans and cozy sweater! I added kitten heels for a chic addition!
If you’ve noticed everything old appears to be new again! TV and movie reboots of the classics have been happening left and right. Of course with this renewal vintage clothing has been becoming steadily rising in popularity!
I love the fact that chic high rise styles are in because they are flattering on my mom figure since I just had a baby 4 months ago!
I decided to pair my stonewashed high-waisted jeans with a Saved By The Bell T-shirt to give it a super vintage feel!
I hope you all are enjoying your day! Have a happy week ahead!
It seems as of late we as a society have been rebooting familiar comforts. The styles of the 90’s and 70’s are huge right now, menswear has snuck back into our wardrobes, A revamp of Full House is coming to Netflix and ladylike-chic has come back into play!
Along with the old is now new theme come updates to our beloved classics. For instance lace, lace is not the same old lace you thought of as a kid. We have found ways to bring that ladylike element into our clothing with a modern touch.
I love lace! It’s a great layering piece and can add that feminine touch where needed. Lace sometimes gets treated as if it’s only a warm weather fabric. However, lace can be worn year round when styled properly. I like to do typical cold weather pieces and add the lace in, this way your look is in season.
How To Achieve The Look๐๐
๐ First, I layered my sheer maxi over my boots and leggings for warmth
๐ Next, wear a tunic length top over the dress, you want your bottom to be covered even though you have on leggings. It will look crazy if you don’t!
๐ I add a plaid top under a jacket to give the look depth
๐ Finally I top off my look with accessories
An Alternative look, a sweater/tee with pumps!
What I’m wearing : Paisley Plaid Top, Lily Lace Midi/Maxi , Mermaid Off-Duty Top, Necklace is the Princess Pocket Watch, Opal Owl Bangle, Vintage Varsity Tee
Available: Ankle length or so depending on your height! Get it while you can!
I hope this helps you incorporate more lace into your wardrobe!
Have a fabulous day dolls!

December is here and the Christmas season is now officially in full swing! I love Christmas time because you have a natural excuse to dress is girly, frilly things and sequins in excess! Last night we had our Christmas Show at Church a holiday tradition that I love!
I choose to wear a lace skirt, because lace is a ladylike classic and this skirt was perfect for the occasion. I choose to make my look boho-glam with a luxe tee and long cream colored cardigan. I finished my look with a statement necklace, long necklace, sparkly watch and glitzy pumps!
I love this skirt because it can be dressed down with rugged booties and a sweater!
Evening Style: A little embellishment! How to achieve the look: Pair an embellished tank top with a summer sweater, shorts and pumps! Have a fabulous evening dolls!
