Awww Valentine’s Day the official day of love! Valentine’s Day for some can be sad however, it doesn’t need to be. If you don’t have a special beau to share Valentine’s Day with dress up and go out with friends. If you can’t get out with friends, stay home eat your fave dinner, desert and watch your favorite movie! I think if you are going to celebrate this day celebrate all the people you love in individual ways! I will show you how to dress for multiple Valentine’s Day Scenario’s no matter what your relationship status!
Comfy at Home
Even when I’m lounging around my house I like to wear something comfy and cute. Wear a maxi skirt in a soft fabric and a warm sweater. Cuddle up with a warm blanket and relax with your favorite movie and snack of choice!

Casual
If you are doing something that is not so dressy, like a non-formal dinner or a movie, you still want to look nice! For a fun casual, stylish look you can wear colored denim; some of my favorite choices for colored denim are: electric blue, and dark purple. If you have a lean body type try a pale pink. Colored denim looks best in a skinny, straight or boyfriend cut as a general rule. Pair with a basic billow or silky top. Remember you are wearing colored denim so the rest of the outfit should be in neutral shades, cream works well. To add a fun V-Day touch wear a bowed headband. When wearing such bright colors wear nude pumps to keep the look sleek. Finish with a cardigan or tuxedo style jacket.
If you don’t have colored denim this outfit will work well with dark wash denim too!

Dressy
When you think of Valentine’s Day you automatically think of a red dress! I’m all for the classics so I will show you a red dress that I love. However, I do think that you can wear other outfits that evoke the fun, flirty feel of Valentine’s Day. An alternative to wearing a red dress is a pink dress. You could also do a black dress with red or pink pumps to add a splash of color. If you prefer a skirt pair a pleated pink skirt with a silky blouse in a girly print, and nude pumps.
