There has been pattern overload in the fashion world! Every designer has there take on the trend. Obviously designers and high-end boutiques know how to incorporate this trend ,but how does a person do it that’s not involved in the fashion industry?
First don’t be overwhelmed! There are ways to go about doing this trend at home.
Neutrals and Brights. I recommend pairing a neutral piece with a bright or two neutrals. It is not wise to do two brights unless you are sure you have this trend down. Try a striped cardigan with a floral tank, or a floral button down with a striped skirt. It would even be chic to do stripe on stripe! There are many ways to play with this trend.
Jewelry. Keep jewelry simple since so many patterns and styles are already being played with here.
Remember with this trend the key is to look chic and fashionable! If the colors and patterns are too outrageous the outfit could end up looking clownish.
Finishing touches: a nude pump or sandal since there is already a lot going on with the rest of the outfit.
